Adopt Lease Agreement between the Frankfort Independent Bd. of Ed. And the Frankfort Independent School District Finance Corporation to provide annual lease payments associated with the issuance of the corporation’s 2020 School District Finance Corporation Revenue Bonds, acceptance of a financial offer from the School Facilities Construction Commission through the execution of a Participation Agreement, and to approve all other documents in connection with the issuance of said bonds.
