Move to revise BG-1 by transferring funds in the amount of $28,269.00 from equipment into contingency to cover the cost of acoustical improvements at the Second Street gymnasium.

Accept proposal from BEX Construction to provide sound attenuation with K-13 acoustical insulation at the gymnasium for a cost of $28,269.00 and to pay for this work with available contingency funds.
