Move to accept proposal from BEX construction for $1,789.40 to add sprinklers into the cavity space between new and existing ceiling structures on the second floor above the resource rooms and clinic area fit up. This will be done for code compliance to accommodate a found condition of combustible materials and will be paid from available contingency funds.

Move to accept proposal from BEX construction for $2,852.00 to provide and install new metal floor deck and supporting steel angles the new accessible shower on the second floor above the administration suite to accommodate existing structure and found conditions with the existing deck. This will be paid from available contingency funds.
