Consider/Approve agreement with Warco Land Improvement Company for temporary bus garage

Consider/Approve rebuilding the transportation department bus garage on the current site used by transportation

Receive report from RossTarrant and Trace Creek on the Bus Garage Project

Consider/Approve hiring Trace Creek as the contractor for the demolition and rebuild of the Bus Garage

Consider/Approve authorizing the Superintendent to sign all necessary documents in relation to the construction process for rebuilding the transportation department/bus garage after receiving update on the bus garage fire with discussion and approval of procedures to move forward with the demolition and rebuilding of a new transportation department/bus garage

Consider/Approve the following for FY 2023: Workers Compensation Re-insurance with aggregate excess through Liberty Mutual, Third Party Administrator Claims Administration with Alternative Service Concepts, and Annual Loss Control Program with Houchens Insurance Group

Consider/Approve the following: Renew insurance for Fleet, General Liability, Educators Legal Liability, and Cyber Liability insurance coverage for the 2023 fiscal year with Liberty Mutual
