Consider/Approve Change Order #2 to OHeil Site Solutions in the amount of $50,600 for remediation of unsuitable soils; this change requires the addition of fifty-five (55) workdays to the Date of Substantial Completion and an additional twenty (20) calendar days for inclement weather days incurred during the period of February 2020 to mid-July 2020 for the Betsy Layne High School Baseball Field Project

Consider/Approve Change Order #3 to OHeil Site Solutions in the amount of $31,200 to provide sod in the outfield and outfield foul territories in lieu of seed & straw for the Betsy Layne High School Baseball Field Project

Consider/Approve Change Order #4 to OHeil Site Solutions to add twenty-one (21) calendar days to the Date of Substantial Completion to address the claimable inclement weather days from July 2020 to November 2020 and for the time extension to adjust the grading and drainage near the home-side bullpen for the Betsy Layne High School Baseball Field Project

Consider/Approve Change Order #5 to OHeil Site Solutions in the amount of $130,000.00 to add the labor to install the Synthetic Turf System to the contract with OHeil Site Solutions for the Betsy Layne High School Baseball Field Project
