Consider to approve the Retention MOU for the rank change program previously approved by the Fairview Board of Education and consider including the CEO LETRS II and an increase in the number of teachers previously approved.

Consider to approve the application for emergency certification for Steffanie Forrest for high school mathematics.

Consider to approve the revised salary schedule to go into effect July 1, 2023 that includes a 1% pay increase for certified and classified exempt base salaries and 1% or 50 cents per hour (whichever is higher) pay increase for classified non-exempt employees and the Superintendent not included in a pay increase for the 2023-2024 school year.
