Approve full-time Emergency Certification for Kelly Williams, High School- English and Carrie Price, Gifted and Talented.

Request to approve participation in a KSBA Intervention Initiative. Kentucky Power has proposed an increase of 16% to the Public Service Commission. This increase would cost the district an additional $26,480. Participation for the district in the rate intervention is 469.00. If KSBA is able to get the increase reduced by even 5%, the cost of participation more than pays for itself.
