Approval to levy a Tax Rate within the limits of the subsection 2 rate but a rate that does not exceed the rate calculated with a four (4) percent increase on Real Property; the tax rate on Real Property fixed at 102 cents per $100 assessed valuation and Personal Property fixed at 102.3 cents per $100 assessed valuation for the school year 2022-2023 as required by KRS 160.740
