CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL NAME/TITLE FOR THE PRESCHOOL-KINDERGARTEN FACILITY
The Preschool-Kindergarten Facility is projected to be completed by December of this year. At this point, the facility has not been named.
III.
CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL TO SHARE THE EXPENSE WITH ALLIANCE CORPORATION BY HAVING BD ROBERTS CONSTRUCTION EVALUATE/INSPECT THE ROOF INSTALLATION AT HELMWOOD HEIGHTS AND THE PRESCHOOL-KINDERGARTEN CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.
Mr. Tim Geegan, of the Alliance Corporation, made this proposal at the September Regular Meeting based on prior complications of these particular roof leaks. The Alliance Corporation is bringing in a specialists (BD Roberts Construction) simply to ensure, in a proactive manner, that the roofs at Helmwood Heights and the Pre-K facilities are determined to be acceptable. This work will not be charged as a change-order and is being deemed as very beneficial for minimizing warranty calls and possible roof issues before they become a problem.

CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF THE KENTUCKY SPORTS BROADCASTING NETWORK TO PROVIDE INTERNET MEDIA BROADCAST SERVICES DEFINED AS "LIVE STREAMING" ON THE INTERNET OF MUTUALLY AGREED UPON SPORTING AND SPECIAL SCHOOL EVENTS IN OUR SCHOOL DISTRICT
Mr. Gary Franklin and Mr. Steve Ballard, in affiliation with the Kentucky Sports Broadcasting Network, presented this on -line opportunity to the board at the September 19, 2011 Regular Board meeting. Mr. Jerry Coleman, board attorney, has reviewed and approved the Internet Media Broadcast Services Agreement regarding the services, participation, exclusivity, compensation, terms and termination, and confidentiality aspects of this agreement.
