CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF BOARD MEETING AGENDA
Pursuant to EIS Board Policy 01.45 Board Meeting Agenda, as part of the official agenda for each regular board meeting, the Superintendent shall prepare a consent agenda of routine business items. Prior to the approval of the agenda the members of the board may request to "pull" any item from the consent agenda and place the item on the action agenda for further discussion and review.

Attached are the board meeting minutes from the June 17, 2019 Regular Board Meeting for your review/approval.

Approve Contractual Services Agreement between EIS and Communicare, Inc.
Attached you will find the Contractual Services Agreement between Communicare Children's Services and Elizabethtown Independent Schools for the 2019-2020 school year. These services will be provided for students within the EIS school district in conjunction with Family Resource and Youth Services Centers to provide mental health counseling within the schools.

Approve Memorandum Of Agreement between EIS and Central Kentucky Headstart
EIS provides special education services for Head Start students who reside in the EIS school district.
The services we provide for students with disabilities at Head Start include speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and psychological assessment. Head Start provides instruction, health and social services for students with disabilities. We have enjoyed a very positive working relationship with Head Start in the past and look forward to working with them in the years to come.
The annual Memorandum of Agreement is attached.

The MOU is for our Work Transition Program's Employment Specialist.

Ms. Jennifer Burnham, Principal at Elizabethtown High School, is requesting approval for EHS Lady Panther Basketball Team to travel to Charleston, South Carolina (via charter bus) December 26, 2019 - December 31, 2019 to paraticipate in the Carolina Invitational basketball tournament.
