DHS Principal's Report
Scott Meyers
Scott Meyers reported:
- Prom did not work out according to plan, but went well
- Teacher appreciation week was well received
- Senior signing day had a different look, but seniors were happy to be able to participate
- KPREP testing is wrapping up
- Award ceremonies for all students will take place the week of May 24th
- The graduation walk is back this year and will take place on May 26th
- Summer school and summer enrichment will begin on June 7th

LES Principal's Report
Heather Dragan reported:
- State testing will finish up on May 18th
- Summer learning will begin on June 7
- 6th grade will have their farewell celebration the week of May 24th
- Teachers enjoyed appreciation week festivities
- Lincoln is adopting a new reading program - Reading League - first school in Kentucky to use this

District Monthly Activities
Rick Wolf
Rick Wolf reported:
- KPREP is all online this year which presented different challenges
- Testing is mostly finished with the exception of a few virtual students
- ACT will held at DHS in October 2021 and March 2022
- 54 seniors are scheduled to graduate - this puts our grad rate at 92.5%

Attendance/Energy Management/Student Services/Transportation
Ron Kinmon
Ron Kinmon reported:
- New furniture for teachers and classrooms is being ordered for LES
- The roof replacement project will begin on June 14th
- Working on Davis field to get it ready for graduation
- As part of the safety audit, new secure entrances have been installed at LES and DHS
- Every school district is required to have a trauma plan in places and currently working with Nicole Ponting and John Mueller to get this done
- Enrollment is currently at 792

Special Education/Early Childhood/Day Care
Nicole Ponting
Nicole Ponting reported:
Daycare-
- Daycare is in a good place financially due in part to ESSER funds
Preschool-
- For the 2021-2022 school year, preschool will have 2 half day classrooms and one HeadStart full day classroom
- Preschool parties were held privately at the end of the school year
- Teachers are administering the Brigance to all 5 year olds moving on to kindergarten next year
SPED-
- Indicator 11 data, meeting 60 day timeline for initial evaluations was met this year. Ended the year with 21 initial referrals and had 18 last year. Speech and language impairment was the majority of eligibilities. Average school days from consent to eligibility was 15 days.
• Alternate assessments are being completed this week.
• Mental health IEP services have increased this year.

- Food service continues lunch in person and breakfast to go.
- Food service delivery will continue in the summer
