Danielle discussed her board report. One highlight is that 70.4% of DHS seniors are currently College, Career, or College & Career Ready. She also noted the recent and upcoming testing and events.

Mr. Dodd discussed his handout on the percentage of students meeting benchmarks on the ACT and the College Ready students. He noted that the percentage of students meeting the benchmarks on the ACT has increased in all subjects from 2014-2016. He also mentioned that Senior Signing Day is this Friday, April 29th.

Mr. Duty discussed the yearly MAP data analysis in Reading and Math for LES. He noted that their goal is to reach 50% of students performing at or above grade level and they are currently at 46%. He also mentioned that the Living History Museum will be this Friday, April 29th.

Mr. Kinmon noted that enrollment is at 866 and there will be another meeting with our architect, Ehmet Hayes, next Wednesday to continue discussing the DHS renovations.

Mrs. Howell noted that the Daycare did meet their requirement of securing 10 children for next year.
