Approval to proceed with sale of former preschool building located at 304 E. Arcadia Ave. Sale will be via sealed bid with bid opening to occur June 19th at noon at the Dawson Springs Board of Education. Bid Packets can be picked up at the Dawson Springs Board of Education. The Board of Education reserves the right to refuse any and all bids. The Board also authorizes the Superintendent to represent the Board in all negotiations regarding sale of the facility. Final official Board Action regarding sale of the facility will be taken at the June 29th regular Board Meeting.

Discussion of process and preparations for Superintendent Evaluation to take place at the regular Board of Education Meeting on June 29, 2015

Approval to enter into closed session: In compliance with KRS 61.815 the board of education will enter into closed session to discuss a potential personnel issue that may lead to the discipline or dismissal of an employee.
