Rationale

4 Cats, LLC has petitioned the City for the closing of a 0.023-acre portion of the right-of-way located on the north side of Emory Drive and on the south side of the property located at 2804 Frederica Street. There are no other adjoining and/or abutting property owners.

All adjoining and/or abutting property owners have consented to the closure.

Rationale

The Board of Trustees of the (closed) City Employees’ Pension Fund met and by unanimous  vote recommends a 1.9% cost of living increase for eligible annuitants effective with pension checks received in January 2021.
