Anyone wanting to submit public expression must email kbe@education.ky.gov prior to the close of business on May 31, 2021. The public comment period will be limited to no more than 30 minutes. If there are multiple members of an organization wishing to provide public expression, we encourage the membership of that group to select one person to comment.
