Motion Passed:  Motion made for the Court to approve to add dirt on Utley Lane in order to raise the road up along with the approach on Hwy. 69 and to get appropriate documentation from the landowner and temporary right to go on private property with an easement provided passed with a motion by Michael McKenney and a second by David Johnston.

Judge Executive David Johnston added Ohio County School Superintendent Scott Lewis to the Industrial Panel.

The Road Committee met before the Court meeting and discussed taking bids for mowing in the County. After discussion, it was agreed that a set of specifications need to be made and to compare costs.

Also, some discussion was brought up about cemetery roads and how a policy is needed addressing how to take the roads in.

Jerry Wright approached the Court as a father and asked the Judge Executive David Johnston where he stands and what his opinion is on Animal Control Officer Josh Wright.
Mr. Johnston said he fully supported Josh along with all the staff at the animal shelter.
Other members of the Court said they know the Judge has said so publicly on several occasions.

Citizen Cheryl Bartlett spoke to the Court about the pending lawsuit between individuals and the Ohio County Animal Shelter.
