Motion Passed: Motion made for the Court to make all Magistrates aware of any hiring of new employees by going into closed sesseion to view newspaper ads, all applications and to view all background and crime checks prior to an employee's employment passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Michael McKenney.
