Motion Passed:  Motion made by recommendation of the Insurance Committee, that the Court use the following (2) Anthem Health Insurance Plans: Anthem HSAE04-cost is $537.30 per employee single plan. Ohio County Fiscal Court will pay the cost for the employee sinlge plan only. This plan includes a HRA card valued at $1000.00. No other money will be contributed towards health insurance premiums or deductibles and Anthem D06 RX C cost is $567.76 per employee. Ohio County Fiscal Court will pay $537.30 towards the cost for the employee single plan only. The employee will be responsible for the balance. No other money will be contributed towards health insurance premiums or deductibles. Motion made by recommendation of the Insurance Committee that the Court approve that any employee hired on or after June 23, 2011, the Ohio County Fiscal Court will contribute towards the employee sinle plan health insurance only passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Michael McKenney.
