District 1 - Magistrate Michael McKenney
Jason Bullock stated that the numbers had not come back on the Jerusalem Ridge Festival yet, but once they did the Bluegrass Foundation Committee would report
VII.B.
District 2 - Magistrate Jason Bullock
Jason Bullock spoke about 13th Street in Beaver Dam, years ago it was added to, and thought it had been taken in as a county road, but it has not. It has the easements, waterline and fire hydrant, and it would be a 500 foot extension, and he would like it to be added as a county road. He appointed a viewing committee, comprised of Nick Woolen, Charlie Shields and Judge David Johnston.
VII.C.
District 3 - Magistrate Bo Bennett
VII.D.
District 4 - Magistrate Dale Beavin
Dale Beavin thanked all who supported Fordsville Days, and stated that Dundee Day was this coming Saturday
VII.E.
District 5 - Magistrate Larry Morphew
Larry Morphew brought up the resolution that had been tabled at the previous meeting. He made a motion to pass it. There was discussion and Michael McKenney stated that he did not receive a copy of said resolution for review until 9:54 a.m. that morning (day of meeting) and had not had time to review it properly. Jason Bullock then read from the minutes of the June 9, 2026 meeting, where an oral moratorium was passed with only one no vote and he then asked Justin Keown if a resolution was necessary. Mr. Keown stated that it was "better practice" to have a resolution. As there was no 2nd to the motion, the motion failed.
