Surplus Equipment
Motion Passed: Motion for Ohio County Park to surplus a Fiat-Allis 65 Motor grader (1973), a Jacobson fairway mower, with no reserve, and the old stage trailer. passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Bo Bennett.
Beau Wright presented the equipment to surplus, mentioned the possibility of donating the stage trailer to Centertown, they had shown interest in it.

Ambulance Remount Bid Opening
Motion Passed: Motion to accept the bid received from Select Tech for the ambulance remount passed with a motion by Larry Morphew and a second by Michael McKenney.
One bid was received, bid was opened it was from Select Tech, for total of $199,800. Jim Duke spoke about the process of the remount after bid accepted. He said it would not be done until FY ending 6/30/2028. This company will let them make a down payment, using $20,000 that they have on hand from a grant. This is the 4 wheel drive ambulance that will be remounted.

Tile Replacement Bid Opening
Motion Passed: Motion to accept the bid from Xtreme Excavation for the tile replacements/repairs at Rosine Park and Ohio County Park, funds to come from FEMA passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Michael McKenney.
One bid was received from Xtreme Excavation, for 2 replacements at Rosine Park and for 6 at Ohio County Park

Committee Reports
Judge Johnston preceded committee reports with an announcement that a copy of the proposed budget would be available to the magistrates on Friday. A budge workshop meeting will be May 26 at 3:30 p.m.

Bo stated that during the storms a few weeks ago, the 3rd district had several trees over roads, thanked the road dept, and several residents for stepping up and helping clear them.

Larry said residents had asked him about materials being hauled up near Pattiville, Dale Beavin said that he knew of no materials up that way except for material for the bridge repairs going on.
