Motion Passed:  Motion to purchase the pot hole patcher from Brandeis for $287,021.30, with the condition that FEMA funds are off the top for the payments, along with proceeds from surplus equipment, and authorize treasurer to research loans and to write the check for the purchase of the pot hole patcher passed with a motion by Larry Morphew and a second by Dale Beavin.

Nick Woolen, road department supervisor went over the numbers from the February FEMA projects and projected funds.  There are 2 projects left in the April FEMA projects and still need to be done, and answered questions on the subject.
