VII. Resolution 2022-26 OCEDA
Actions Taken

Motion Passed:  Motion for Resolution 2022-26 to transfer $489,000.00 from the emergency reserves to fund OCEDA Revolving Loan Fund to $800,000.00 In addition, a restriction would be placed upon the OCEDA Revolving Loan Fund for said $800,000.00 to be solely used for a nondisclosed prospective entity. The restriction to remain on said funds for forty-eight months (unless all or a portion of the funds are used for the project sooner than said time period of the entity declines to use all or a portion of same). Should the funds for the project be financed then the reserves amount used, including principal and interest, shall be returned to the emergency reserved account. Any payments in relation to the financed amount shall first be applied to the reimbursement of the emergency reserves account. This motion be subject to the reality restriction noted in Resolution 2022-27. Authorize the Judge Executive to sign all corresponding documentation passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Sam Small.

VIII. Resolution 2022-27 OCEDA

Motion Passed:  Motion to permit up to $800,000 from the OCEDA Revolving Loan Fund to a nondisclosed prospective business for the purchase of realty located in Ohio County, Kentucky. Authorize the Judge Executive to sign all corresponding documentation passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Jason Bullock.
