• Inmate Meal Rate

Motion Passed:  to increase Inmate Meal Allowance (when working at departments) to $10 per meal passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Joe Barnes.

Motion Passed:  Approved to increase daily meal allowance to $60 per day passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approved to increase the CDL License reimbursement fee to $40 for CDL License and $3 for background check passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by Joe Barnes.

Motion Passed:  Approved to sign updated Ankle Monitor Contract, authorize Judge Executive to sign all corresponding documentation passed with a motion by Larry Morphew and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approved Animal Shelter new hire employee of as part time animal shelter attendant at per hour effective passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Motion Withdrawn:  Approved Bid from Boyd Cat for a Used 2016 Caterpillar Model: 326FLR Excavator with Standard Equipment and SMU:3,466.67 in the amount of $141,000.00 and for Treasurer to issue check(s). Two bids were received was withdrawn by Joe Barnes.

Motion Passed:  Approved to leave the acceptance of a long reach excavator bid from one of two companies to the discretion of third district Magistrate Joe Barnes and Ohio County Road Foreman on the Equipment Inspection Committee. Bid From Boyd Cat for a Used 2016 Caterpillar Model: 326FLR Excavator with Standard Equipment and SMU:3,466.67 in the amount of $141,000.00 and a bid from CMC Construction Machinery Company for a Used 2018 Linkbelt 250x4LF Excavator Track 58900 LB 60', 60" bucket - 1475 Hours in the amount of $172,500.00. Authorize for Magistrate and Foreman to spend up to $172,500.00 and for Treasurer to issue check(s). Update on decision and reasoning at the next Fiscal Court Meeting passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Approved to pay $5,000.00 to higher Momentum Group to perform Ohio County Economic Development with a dynamic plan. Total amount to be $7,500.00 with Kentucky Utilities/LG&E to pay $2,500.00 and Ohio County Fiscal Court to be responsible for the remaining $5,000.00. Authorize County Treasurer to issue check(s) passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by Joe Barnes.
