XI. Citizen's Comments
Discussion

Citizen John Geotz of 8071 State Route 764 approached the court concerning his farm land which floods. Citizen states that neighboring farmer has built a dam which was approved the the Army Corps of Engineers, and that the dam should not have been built. Geotz states the dam is causing his land to take on more water than it should. Citizen requested the courts help to fix the problem stating he would take the Dam out himself if he needed to. Judge and Magistrates agreed to look into the situation.
