Motion Passed:  Approved 2021 Ohio County Real Property Tax Rate of 7.6% passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approved 2021 Ohio County Tangible Property Tax Rate of 7.9% passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approved 2021 Ohio County Motor Vehicle and Watercraft Property Tax Rate at 6.3% passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Joe Barnes.

Motion Passed:  Approve Resolution 2022-9 as proposed The Public Facilities Corporation authorizing to start bonding process with David Johnston to sign as Chairperson and Larry Keown to sign as Secretary passed with a motion by Larry Morphew and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approved the second reading of Ordinance 2022-2 Hospital Expansion Bonds to enter into an indenture with the Ohio County Hospital as may be amended by the parties thereto by further clerical corrections and clarification of terms. Six bids were received 4 from Moore 2 from BF Evans. Motion moved to be tabled pending warranty facts passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Approved Road Department Equipment Bid for a Tilt Rotator Bid from Boyd Cat for a New Work Tools/Attachments at $33,300.00. Authorize County Treasurer to issue check(s). One bid received passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Approved to extend Horton Spur 0.135 miles. This extension had been discussed before in Fiscal Court. Extension only intended to occur once passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Joe Barnes.

Motion Passed:  Approved to use funds from ARPA or community projects funds in the amount of $50,000.00 in contributions for a new fire truck for the city of Beaver Dam. Authorize County Treasurer to issue check(s) passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Joe Barnes.
