Motion Passed:  Approved to accept bid from Moore Ford for a New 2021 New 3/4 ton Crew Cab 4x4 6'4" bed for $33,348.00 for Ohio County Emergency Management. Two bids received from Moore Ford. Authorize County Treasurer to issue check(s) passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approved to Fund $2,750.00 from reserves for Audubon Area's Foster Grandparent Program passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Approved to transfer and exchange by deed certain real estate owned by the Ohio County Fiscal Court and the Ohio County Airport Board. Specifically, the County will be exchanging a 2.167 acre tract of land located at the Ohio County Park, which has been appraised at six thousand five hundred dollars to the Ohio County Airport Board and will receive a 0.391 acre tract. appraised at twenty three thousand dollars from the Ohio County Airport Board which is located on the Airport property. The reason is for economic development purposes considering the grant the Airport received to build additional T hangers. To allow the Judge Executive to execute deeds, regarding the property and any conversion to park property considering the exchange passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by Joe Barnes.
