Motion Passed:  Acknowledged having received the Treasurer's April 2020 Financial Statement passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Jason Bullock.

Motion Passed:  Approved park building bid from Vincent Excavating for the residing, roofing, and electric of both buildings at the Ohio County Park in the amount of $67,337.00. Authorize County Treasurer to issue check(s).Three bids were received passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Jason Bullock.

Motion Passed:  Approve 911 remodel bid from WK Construction and custom Built Homes for the entirety of the bid excluding cabinetry with approval from company and review of committee review members being Larry Keown and Larry Morphew. Motion Passed:  Approved Resolution 2020-11 for Big Rivers for bonds to be passed through Fiscal Court for a public purpose passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by Larry Morphew.

Motion Passed:  Approved the purchase of a 1999 Lo-boy from James A. Jackson Jr. in the amount of $25,500.00. Authorize County Treasurer to issue check(s) passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Larry Morphew.

Ohio County Community and Judicial Center, Courthouse will be reopening May 26, 2020. Many security precautions will be put in place to keep our staff and citizens safe.

Judge Executive Speaks of the COVID-19 pandemic and possible testing sites opening up in the county. The Health Department and Emergency Management will be updating the public on these sites and testing.
