Motion Passed:  Acknowledged having received the Treasurer's March 2020 Financial Report passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by Jason Bullock.

Motion Passed:  Acknowledged having received the Clerk's March 2020 Financial Report passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Joe Barnes.

Motion Passed:  Approved first reading of Ordinance 2020-8 Budget FY 2020-2021 approving the Budget FY 2020-2021 and pre-approved expenses as presented passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Larry Keown.

Will discuss further after County Attorney and Kaco look into the issue.

Motion Passed:  Approved Animal Control personnel status change for Matt Daniels from Animal Control Officer Level 1 at $14.39 per hour to Animal Control Officer Level 2 at $15.40 per hour. Effective April 19, 2020 passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Approved Senior Center personnel new hire of Robert Stone as part time Sub Meal Driver at $9.56 per hour effective March 26, 2020 passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Approved Solid Waste new hire of David Himes at $10.89 per hour to temp only to replace Gibson on leave passed with a motion by David Johnston.

• Resolution 2020-10 GRADD Rd List

Motion Passed:  Approved that if a full time employee is laid off due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) the Ohio Count Fiscal Court will continue that employee's health insurance for a period of the month employee seeks unemployment passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approved to authorize County Treasurer to open a checking account at First United Bank and Trust for for the Emergency Services Fund and to make an initial deposit of $100 inclusive to 911 and fire services passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Larry Morphew.

Motion Passed:  Approved to appoint an Airport Board Management Committee to help oversee the future of the management of the Ohio County Airport and Facility. Members being Jason Bullock, Sam Small, Beau Wright and Charlie Shields passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Acknowledged having received the Ohio County Extension Office Budget FY 2020-2021 passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by Larry Keown.
