Motion Passed:  Approved the second reading of Ordinance 2020-4 budget Amendment passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Larry Morphew.

Motion Passed:  Approved the second reading of Ordinance 2020-5 Maintenance passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Approved for the Fiscal Court to accept OCEDA Bid from Ross Construction for the Rough River Access points in the amounts of $65,000.00 and $34,500.00. Authorize the Judge Executive to executive both contracts passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approved $19,000.00 to OCEDA for a new OCEDA OCEDA Website. Funds to come from reserves at to only serve as the cost of the Website and start, not the continual update of the website maintenance which would be paid for by OCEDA. Authorize County Treasurer to issue check(s) passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approved to appoint Chris Fuller to the Ohio County Airport Board for a 3 year term passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Approved to authorize the $84,000.00 labeled for Airport Equipment to now be used for the T- Hangar Project to show investment of the county toward the airport so that they may received much needed funding for 8/10 new T-Hangars passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approved having returned from Closed Session under KRS 61.810 Chapter 1 Section C passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Approved to authorize the Judge Executive and Occupational Tax Director to negotiate and settle an ongoing dispute with a taxpayer as it relates to an occupational tax bill and for the Judge Executive to be permitted to sign any necessary documents as to any settlement passed with a motion by David Johnston and a second by Larry Morphew.

Motion Passed:  Approved Road Department status change of Richard Schaeffer from Seasonal Equipment Operator at $12.25 per hour to Full Time Equipment Operator at $16.09 per hour effective November 17, 2019 passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Approved to purchase plaque for the Bill Monroe Museum in Rosine with Fiscal Court Member names in office during it's establishment and build passed with a motion by Larry Morphew and a second by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Approved the request of the hartford Fire Department to contribute a downpayment of $8,900.00 to New England Fire. payment to be distributed 3 ways between the Judge, First District and Third Districts.
