Update from Charlie Shields who informed the court that we are advertising a bid for the Infrastructure work needing to be done on Shreve Rd Bridge. That the FEMA funds would be used to complete the work. Bids will be accepted until Friday September 20, 2019 at 3:00pm. Bids will be reviewed at the Special Call Meeting September 24, 2019 at 4:00pm.

911 addressing in the County is coming along. The 4th District is being finished up and they will be moving to the 5th District next.

Motion Passed:  Approved Ordinance 2020-3 County Road Weight Limit Amending Ordinance 2012-17 to add Section 8-Special Conditions: 1. Trucks hauling poultry litter are exempt from the permit process providing the Poultry producer and or the receiver of the litter calls he Road Foreman and /or Supervisor and: lists the roads being used on the clean-out, acknowledges the condition of the road, identifies the hauler and the approximate dates of the hauling passed with a motion by David Johnston and a second by Larry Morphew.

Motion Passed:  Acknowledge having received the Ohio County Conservation District Tax Rate for 2019 at 0.009 passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Sam Small.

Made several requests to the Court. 1. Breeders License 2. Owner's Permit 3. 12 foot length on line/chain requirement for the Animal Control Ordinance(Currently Shorter).
