Motion Passed:  Approved Resolution 2019-13 and Agreement Governor's Discretionary Road Funds for Weedman Loop, Arnold Leach Rd, and New Cut Rd. Authorize Judge Executive to sign all corresponding documentation passed with a motion by Larry Morphew and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Approved to accept sprayer truck bid from Chemical Containers Inc for a 2019 M2 Freightliner and a 1,065 Gallon Dual Injection Spray System in the amount of $125,724.17. Authorize County Treasurer to issue check(s) passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Larry Morphew.

No bids were received for dump truck that was advertised.

Motion Passed:  Approved Golf Course Seasonal New Hire of David Coleman as Grounds Keeper at $8.68 per hour effective March 17, 2019 passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Approved Maintenance part time new hire of Terri Baird as Courthouse Custodian at $9.50 per hour effective March 17, 2019 passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Approved as of March 13, 2019 baring any emergency or inclement weather the pothole patcher at the road department shall be used everyday including Saturdays until we make a complete check of all roads in the county. Also a daily report of hours and which roads were completed and a copy be given to the court members at the next Fiscal Court Meeting April 9, 2019 passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Larry Morphew.
