Motion Passed:  Bills, Claims, Payments and Transfers stand approved as presented passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Sam Small.

Checks were presented to Dundee Fire Department and Rockport Fire Department in support of equipment purchases.

Marty Tichenor gave an update on the Airport and presented a check in the amount of $2,000 for repayment on the loan made by the Ohio County Fiscal Court.

• Tourism Contract

Motion to Amend Passed:  To amend the motion from: "Accept Rosine Museum Agreement" to: "Accept Rosine Museum Agreement with amendment to Section 3(e)" passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by Jason Bullock.

Motion Withdrawn:  Accept Rosine Museum Agreement was withdrawn by Sam Small.

Appoint Road Viewing Committee for John Boys Lane off of Weedman Loop.  Committee being Keith Nelson, Road Supervisor, Chase Vincent and Marty Tichenor.

Bid opened from Moore Ford for 2018 Ram 2500 Crew Cab 4x4 SWB totaling $31,703.  Bid tabled.

Motion Passed:  Accept bid from Asphalt Services, Inc to pave Hoopee Hill Road per bid specs to total, not to exceed, $131,250 passed with a motion by David Johnston and a second by Joe Barnes.

Motion Passed:  Status change for Steve Everly effective March 25, 2018 increase of pay to $18 per hour as mechanic passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Hire Matthew Quisenberry Full Time Road Department Heavy EQ Operator effective April 1, 2018 pay $14.29 per hour passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Animal Control Committee will meet March 28, 2018 in Fiscal Court Meeting Room.
