Second Reading Ordinance 2017-5
Motion Passed: Approved Second Reading of Alcohol Ordinance 2017-5 passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by Jason Bullock.
5th District Magistrate Larry Keown was absent. Vote was taken via phone call. Keown stated date, ordinance number 2017-5 and verbal vote of yes. (Court unsure as to whether or not this verbal vote will suffice for the General Attorney's office. May have to schedule another Special Call Meeting.)
