Equipment total being $124,126.86, payment to be made from coal severance HB303 funds, authorizing County Treasurer to issue check(s) upon receipt and verification of equipment by County Road Foreman Keith Nelson passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Jason Bullock.

Motion Passed:  Approved the purchase of two bush hogs totaling $7,018.80. Payment made from Coal Severance HB303 funds, authorizing County Treasurer to issue the check(s) upon verification of receipt and equipment of County Road Foreman Keith Nelson passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Larry Keown.
