Motion Passed:  Approved to limit Bluegrass Museum Funding from Fiscal Court to $300,000.00. No further funds/spending will come from Fiscal Court passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Joe Barnes.

Motion Passed:  Approved Bid in the amount of $22,500.00 from Black Holdings LLC for the Management of the Construction of the Bluegrass Museum. Black Holding LLC will work with Owner, Architect, Inspectors, Contractors passed with a motion by David Johnston and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approved the acceptance of agreement contract with Ohio County Tourism and Ohio County Fiscal Court for the oversight of the Ohio County Bluegrass Museum. Authorize Judge Executive to sign all corresponding agreements passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Approved to enter into Closed Session under KRS 61.810 Chapter 1, Section C passed with a motion by David Johnston and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approved to Return from Closed Session Under KRS 61.810 Chapter 1, Section C passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Approved Status Change for EM Director Charlie Shields from $766.80 per week to $913.00 per week per new Federal Law Requirements. Effective November 20, 2016 passed with a motion by David Johnston.
