Motion Passed:  Acknowledged having received the Annual Treasurers Settlement (2015/2016) passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Larry Morphew.

Motion Passed:  Approved for the Judge Executive to sign agreement with St. Joseph's Peace Mission passed with a motion by Larry Morphew and a second by Joe Barnes.

• Guidelines for inmate meals when working for county

Motion Passed:  Approved to implement policy for inmate meals. Adding lines #7. No candy or Deserts are to be Purchased. #8. Only one (1) soft drink per meal passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approved Road Department Personnel New Hire of Timothy McCoy as a Seasonal Heavy Equipment Operator at $12.00 per hour effective August 7, 2016 passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Approved the Jail Policy and Procedure as presented by Ohio County Jailer Rip Wright passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Joe Barnes.

Motion Passed:  Approved jail New Hire of Jacob Phelps as Full-Time Deputy jailer at $12.50 per hour effective July 31, 2016 passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Approved Jail New Hire of Tray Bailey as Part-time Nurse at $20.00 per hour effective July 24, 2016 passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Approved the Jail Commissary Account as presented by Ohio County Jailer Rip Wright passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Joe Barnes.

Motion Passed:  Approved to change the rate of Ohio County jail booking fees from $30.00 to $50.00 effective July 27, 2016 at 12:00am passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Larry Morphew.

All Magistrates agreed to donate $50.00 a piece to Relay for Life.

Motion Passed:  Approved Estimate for Contech Engineering Solutions for the Construction of Barnett's Creek Bridge at $36,765.00 passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Needs Assessment Committee approved five line items. 1) Kenworth Dump Truck at $85,847.00. 2) Career Center WorkKeys Testing at $5,000.00. 3)Sheriff's Department Fence/installation at $9,100.00. 4) OCEDA Incubator/Co work space project at $100,000.00. 5) Bluegrass Music Foundation to advertise for the installation of bathrooms at Bill Monroe Homeplace, pending bids possible funding up to $20,000.00 passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approved to appoint a viewing Committee for Point Pleasant Cemetery. member being Bill Burden, Keith Nelson, Helen McKeown, and Seth Dukes passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Approved to add Fire Hydrant to the Rural Waterline List near the intersection of Hwy 69, and Denton Slack Rd passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Larry Morphew.

Discussion with Com Care regarding old ambulance chassis. Court decided to junk it. Title will be sent to Com Care.
