A 1986 580 Super E Backhoe, Onan 7.5 Generator, 1983 International Army Loader w/forks, 1978 International F20504 Tanker Truck, 10'x 12' Roll Up Door passed with a motion by Larry Morphew and a second by Jason Bullock.

Introduction of Child Abuse and upcoming CASA Conference on Child Abuse Awareness and helping the cause.

Motion Passed:  Approved the payment to the Ohio County Water District for $10,150.00 on Flint Springs Rd, and $19,322.09 on Cotton Lane. Also to Approve County Treasurer Anne Melton to issue the check(s) passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Larry Morphew.

Motion Passed:  Approved Inter-local Agreement with the city of Fordsville. 5'x12' steel tank from the Road Department Surplus to be donated to the City of Fordsville under the Inter-local Agreement passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Jason Bullock.

Motion Passed:  Approved to authorize County Treasurer Anne Melton to issue Check(s) after having received proper documentation. For approved projects from Memorandum of Agreement as work of purchase is completed, and approved by Judge Executive for Coal Severance Project - McHenry Area Improvements HB265-D295 not to exceed $50,000.00 passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Larry Morphew.
