Motion Passed:  Approved to initiate the C.P.I Index for Corner, County Attorney, Magistrates, and Jailer passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by David Johnston.

Soil Conservation District Report for FY 2016/17.

Motion Passed:  Approved to accept Equipment Trailer bid from Carolina Trailers in the amount of $26,200.00 from the Equipment Fund and authorize County Treasurer Anne Melton to issue the check passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Approved to award Ambulance bid from Southeastern Specialty Vehicles for the Ford E350 Ambulance Remount at $80,750.00 and authorize County Treasurer Anne Melton to issue the check passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Larry Morphew.

Motion Passed:  Approved to reappoint Ben Everly to the Ohio County Water Board to represent district 2 for a 4 year term effective 02-01-2016 passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Approved list of Equipment and goods to be declared as Equipment Surplus presented by Charlie Shields passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approve to offer a reward of $1,000 to any individual who can give information that will result in the arrest and conviction of anyone vandalizing or stealing county road signs and to authorize the ad to be ran in county paper for one week passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Joe Barnes.
