Acknowledged having received a Bid for a Licensed General Contractor/Designer/Project Manager for a county building from Robert Black at $22,500.00 with a lump sum Architectural Fee of $12,500.00

Motion Passed:  Approved having received Trailer Bids from Kaufman at $27,640.00 and Carolina Trailers at $26,200.00. Will review each bid and table until next meeting passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Jason Bullock.

Motion Passed:  Approved to Enter Closed Session Under KRS 61.810 Section (c) passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by Larry Morphew.
