Motion Passed:  Approved the Ohio County Sheriff and Ohio County Clerk 2016 Annual Standing Order setting maximum amount for deputies and assistants salaries. Sheriff amount being $691,898.00 and Clerk's amount being $233,501.00 passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Joe Barnes.

Motion Passed:  Approved the Ohio County Sheriff 2016 Budget passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Joe Barnes.

Motion Failed:  Hire David Randolph in the Career Center at $10.00 per hour for temporary 6 month employment pending contract with wage subsidy program failed with a motion by David Johnston.

Finance Committee discussed funding of the architect for the Bluegrass Museum in Rosine, KY and confirmation on the funding from the Governor.

Motion Passed:  Approved Ohio County Emergency Management for funding of $3,280.00 for the HMEP (Hazardous Material Emergency Preparedness) Grant will reimburse EMA 100% of the $3,280.00 passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Jason Bullock.

Motion Passed:  Approved that funding needed for pothole patching comes from equipment funds passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Jason Bullock.

Motion Passed:  Approved that all contracts be presented to the Fiscal Court the action on that contract be made at the following Fiscal Court Meeting in order to give the Fiscal Court time to review the contract passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Larry Keown.
