Motion Passed:  Approved having received bridge bids from Magan's Backhoe & Dozer Service - Salem Bridge: $62,000.00, Barnett's Creek Bridge: $56,000.00. Do-all Construction - Salem Bridge: $122,000.00, Barnett's Creek: $109,000.00. Green River Equipment and Leasing Inc: Salem $92,033.25, Barnett's Creek $83,844.40. Fiscal Court will review all bids until the next Fiscal Court Meeting. passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Larry Morphew.

Motion Passed:  Approved having received Contract Mowing bids from BJ Ward in the amount of $65,000.00 Contracting LLC, and Leach Farms in the amount of $49,500.00. Fiscal Court will review the bids and discuss at the next Fiscal Court Meeting passed with a motion by David Johnston and a second by Jason Bullock.

Motion Passed:  Approved to advertise for an equipment trailer for the Ohio County Road Department. Semi trailer with hydraulic drop deck, with a minimum of 25 tons passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by Joe Barnes.

Motion Passed:  Approved to Enter Closed Session Under KRS 61.810 section (f) personnel passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Joe Barnes.

Motion Passed:  Approved having returned from closed session under KRS 61.810 Section (f) personnel passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by Joe Barnes.

Motion Passed:  Approved to resend the motion for the appointment of John White to the Ohio County Water Board pending the Public Service Commission and the Ohio County Water Board approval, made at the December 9, 2015 Fiscal Court Meeting passed with a motion by Larry Morphew and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Approve to implement the recommendation of the Wage and Job Classification Committee including Wage Scale 2015 effective January 1, 2016. With the amendment to strike out the years of experience passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Sam Small.
