Motion Passed:  Approved the amended July 28, 2015 minutes having accepted item number twelve omission for the motion to pay the Ohio County Water District $26,000.00 for Fire Hydrants passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Larry Morphew.

Motion Passed:  Approved to omit the transfer of $64,079.00 to the road fund for the time being passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Larry Morphew.

Motion Passed:  Approved County Treasurer to issue checks for the vendors listed when work has been completed. Amount not to exceed balance of project which is $67,053.18 passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Joe Barnes.

Motion Passed:  Approved having received the following Sheriff's Office Settlements pending audit. Sheriff’s Fee Account Quarterly Report at $64,655.57. 2nd Quarterly Report $140,004.80. Beatty Settlement property, tax, oil, and LSG. Franchise outgoing settlement Sheriff Thompson 2014. 2nd settlement Sheriff Beatty Franchise Sheriff passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Joe Barnes.

Motion Passed:  Approved Clerk's July 2015 Financial Statement passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Larry Morphew.

Motion Passed:  Approved the Ohio County 2015 Public Health Tax Rates with an increase of 3.5 percent passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Jason Bullock.

Motion Passed:  Approved having received Grader bids from Wayne Supply for a New 2015 Caterpiller 120M2 Motor Grader at $211,416.00 and a second bid from ERB Equipment for a New 2015 John Deere 670G Motor Grader at $197,529.00 and a Used 2009 John Deere 670G Motor Grader at $158,000.00 passed with a motion by David Johnston and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Approved having received no bids and the furniture will be removed from the District court room with Treasurer Anne Melton to oversee the Removal of the Furniture passed with a motion by Larry Morphew and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approved entering closed session under KRS 61.810 section (f) passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Approved returning from closed session passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Larry Keown.
