Motion Passed:  Approved Sheriff's Department Vehicle bid from John Jones Auto Group for a 2015 Dodge Charger Pursuit AWD and or reserve the amount for up to $36,000.00. Authorize County Treasurer Anne Melton to issue check passed with a motion by David Johnston and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Authorize County Treasurer to issue check(s) for Coal Severance Project D298-4th District Infrastructure, based on Project Scope and Budget not to exceed $50,000. passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Larry Morphew.

• Administrative Code Ordinance 2nd Reading

Motion Passed:  Approved 2nd Reading of Administrative Code Ordinance 2015-6 passed with a motion by Larry Morphew and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approved Patricia Atherton of Custodial Status change from part-time at $9.00 per hour, to full-time, with an increase up to $11.75 per hour upon a six month review. Effective June 14th, 2015 passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Approved Resolution 2015-20 to opt for a high deductible on our comprehensive insurance on vehicles and equipment for all departments of county government. Court is liable as a whole for up to $5,000.00 for that deductible, that 60% of that be paid from the insurance line of the budget and the other 40% from the equipment account of the department with the loss passed with a motion by David Johnston and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Approve BJ Ward for Mowing under contract at $75.00 per hour. On an as required basis by the Road Department Supervisor Jeff Miller passed with a motion by David Johnston and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Approved OCEDA Revolving Loan Approval Request of $45,000.00 to J&R's Bluegrass Barbecue (Randy and Judy Trogden) passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by Larry Morphew.

Motion Passed:  Approved the move of Stewart Acres water line to the top of Waterline Priority Expansion List passed with a motion by Larry Morphew and a second by Larry Keown.
