2015/16 Unanticipated Revenues
Motion Passed: Approved that 75% of unanticipated revenues from 2015-16 budgets be put in a special account for the road fund to be split by percentages to be used by respective magistrates for chip and seal, blacktop, crack sealing and patching. This account should be paid to the road departments quarterly starting July 1,2015. Percentages being the following #1) 9.64 #2) 6.21 #3) 26.02 #4) 30.00 #5) 28.13 passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Larry Morphew.
