Motion Passed:  Approve Coal Severance Priority Resolution 2015-8 as presented: PRIORITY RESOLUTION Revised 01/13/2015 FOR HB 235 COAL SEVERANCE LINE-ITEM PROJECTS RESOLUTION 2015-8 COUNTY OF OHIO ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE OHIO COUNTY FISCAL COURT AUTHORIZING THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS AS ESTABLISHED IN HOUSE BILL 235 AND ENACTED BY THE 2014 GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO BE FUNDED IN THE PRORITY ORDER LISTED BELOW VIA RELEASE AND AVAILABILITY OF SINGLE COUNTY COAL SEVERANCE FUNDS; WHEREAS, the Kentucky General Assembly, in 2014 House Bill (HB) 235, appropriated funds from the Local Government Economic Development Fund for specific line-item projects; and WHEREAS, because the General Assembly did not assign prioritization among the line-item projects authorized, it is necessary for the County to assign such priority in order for the funds to be disbursed in an orderly fashion; and WHEREAS, the General Assembly has, in some counties, appropriated single county coal severance funds directly to other entities within those counties; and WHEREAS, the County has, where applicable, consulted with those entities as to the most effective prioritization of all line-item projects from the County's single county coal severance funds; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved this 13TH day of JANUARY , 2015, by the OHIO County Fiscal Court: The Fiscal Court hereby assigns, for administrative purposes, priority among all HB 235 line-item projects authorized for OHIO County in the following manner: Year 2015. 1. Motion Passed:  Approve Resolution 2015-9 OHIO COUNTY FISCAL COURT COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY RESOLUTION NO. 2015 - This Resolution made and entered into this County Fiscal Court, Commonwealth of Kentucky; day of January, 2015, by the Ohio WHEREAS, the activities of the Ohio County Attorney include the prosecution of cases in Ohio District and Family Courts, the provision of legal representation to Ohio County Government, the traffic safety program, delinquent taxes and the establishment and collection of child support under the provisions of Title IV-D of the United States Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. 651, pursuant to the contract with the Cabinet for Family and Children, Commonwealth of Kentucky; and WHEREAS, the Ohio County Attorney desires to operate an effective criminal and civil program utilizing the various funding sources available to the office; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ohio County Fiscal Court, Commonwealth of Kentucky as follows: 1. 12. SHERIFF - CHANGE CASH FOR TAX OFFICE
