Motion Passed:  Motion made for the Court to approve an agreement/contract with Armstrong Coal Company for a section of Lone Star Road specified in contract and road is not to be closed passed with a motion by David Johnston and a second by Larry Keown.

7. Refund of Deposit on Overweight Escrow (Bud Baughn Road)-Rippy Logging

Motion Passed:  Motion made for the Court to approve to refund a deposit on overweight escrow for Bud Baughn Road to Rippy Logging in the amount of $3,200 and to authorize Anne Melton-County Treasurer to issue check passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Brandon Thomas.

Motion Passed:  Motion made for the Court to approve to reject all bids for renovation/construction on the District Court Room and to re-bid the project passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Kenny Autry.

Motion Passed:  Motion made for the Court to add to the Water Prioritization List 3,500 feet of waterline on Flint Springs Road at a cost of $10,500 passed with a motion by Kenny Autry and a second by Michael McKenney.

Discussion

Citizen Rex Gossett told the Court about problems he had on Election Day with the voting machines in Magan. Judge Executive David Johnston said it would need to be discussed with Board of Elections.
