5. Promise Home-Angela Stewart
Discussion

Angela Stewart presented to the Court the expected monthly expenses of The Promise Home Incorporated (Homeless Shelter) for gas, electric, water, etc. She estimated the cost will run around $1,530 per month. Magistrates Michael McKenney, Jason Bullock, Larry Keown and Kenny Autry pledged $3,060 (to pay for two months of expenses) of their Discretionary Funds to the Promise Home.

6. Committee Reports
Discussion

O.C.E.D.A. Director-Chase Vincent gave a quarterly report to the Court and said that O.C.E.D.A. was working in the schools with Junior Achievement with research and development. Also, Judge Executive David Johnston said Kimball donated all the furniture for the O.C.E.D.A. office.

Magistrate Jason Bullock said that the Memorial Stone for the persons buried at the Golf Course at the former Poor Farm Cemetery was placed today October 28, 2014.

7. Questions & Comments
Discussion

Citizen Rex Gossett addressed the Court about the expenditures of the Golf Course from July 2013 to July 2014 and asked how he could get that information. Also, he commented on the time change of the October 14, 2014 Court meeting. He thought that events needed to be scheduled around Court meeting time.
