Motion Passed:  Motion made for the Court to accept the bid from Asphalt Service (within bid specifications) to blacktop Dame Drive for $34,000-$10,000 from Magistrate Michael McKenney's Discretionary Funds, $10,000 from Judge Executive David Johnston's Discretionary Funds and the remaining $14,000 from Discretionary Funds passed with a motion by Michael McKenney and a second by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Motion made for the Court to approve to go back into "Open Session" passed with a motion by Brandon Thomas and a second by Larry Keown.

Magistrate Jason Bullock gave a report on the Golf Course since the August 5, 2014 opening of new greens:

-815 visits
-192 were green fee payers

The number for the year thus far:

-104 annual pass holders
-this year (4) Scrambles held thus far: Golf team, Hartford Volunteer Fire, O.C. Soccer Team, O.C. Softball Team
-it put over $12,863.00 back into the community
-the course made over $3,060.00
-we have (6) more scrambles scheduled and the Club Championship
