Mr. Franke updated Council on the 2018 K-PREP assessment as well as the proposed Accountability System for Kentucky.

Discussion of Needs Assessment
Council discussed the needs assessment staff completed in February PLCs.

Tentative FY19 Allocations
Council reviewed tentative Fy19 allocations. Mr. Duty reported the allocations were based on proposed cuts to education funding and May allocations could restore funding and staffing to previous levels.

SRCL Grant Letter
Greg Duty
Mr. Duty brought a letter of support for the SRCL grant to be signed by Council. Council discussed and signed the letter of support for the SRCL grant, but asked for certain parts of the letter (Kindergarten Readiness, PD, etc. ) to be reviewed for accuracy.
