Principal's Report
Mr. Franke Updated council on the progress of the Certified Evaluation Plan for 2014-15. We have received feedback from the state and the CEP 50/50 committee will review the suggested revisions.
Mr. Franke also updated council on the current vacancies at Southgate School.

Student Learning and Support
Council discussed the 2014-15 Master Schedule and decided to keep everything as is until the open positions have been filled. Council will then review whether any changes need to be made.

ESS and Title II Position
Council discussed the ESS and Title II Postion for reduction of classroom size, but did not take any action.

Budget Report

School Space
Council discussed middle grades room assignments and will wait until the open positions have been filled before finalizing class room assignments.
Council also decided to keep the kindergarten classroom in its current location.

Comments from the Audience
Mr. Palm updated council on the finance officer training he attended. He said the school activity fund accounts will be monitored more closely next year at the state level.
He also reported the budget for next year is balanced.
